MAIN] [STORY] [CAST & CHARACTERS] [PICTURES] [ETC.]

Popcorn is a great little horror movie from 1991. It is by far one of my favorite horror movies, because it has all of the cool elements that a horror movie should have. No name actors (so much better to have them in horror movies), film students who are doing an all night horrorthon (come on, this is cool!), a scary killer who is frightening to look at (when he's in the theatre in the dark, I'd pee my pants if I saw him!).....The film didn't do much at the box office tho. The film is available on VHS and DVD. I got my copy of the VHS version for about $15 on Ebay- I think it's still priced for rental due to low sales or something, but I'm not positive. For what it's worth- it's a great horror film that is totally entertaining. There are even some nice performances here. If you get a chance, check this movie out.
