Location: Evansville, Indiana. I used to live in Boonville, Indiana where I grew up and went to high school (Boonville High School- where school ID's didn't exist, and we paid cash in the lunch line...where the food was cooked by lunch ladies with hair nets.)
Age/ Birthday: 27. My birthday is on December 21, 1978.
Some Random Info:
First off, I'm very shy and always have been. More than shy actually...I suffer from a mental disorder called social anxiety or sometimes called social phobia. Most people think it just means you're shy, but it goes far beyond being shy...it's something I struggle with daily and it's meant that I haven't yet completed a lot of things I wish I had by now. I love making this website the best it can be, listening to music (jazz, rockapella, dave matthews band, drum corps, and many other types of music. I also love films and television- media in general is fascinating. I'm a Christian and am interested in apologetics, learning more about The Bible itself, the religion overall, and history in general- history near the time of Christ is very exciting in my view. I love politics and am a social and fiscal conservative.
I'm all for traditional values. I think the 50's mentality wouldn't be too bad even today. I despise racism, I despire anti-semitism, and I cannot stand anti-Christian attacks from a neverending line of skeptics. It gets old and boring.
I'm all for equality between the sexes, tho it's quite obvious that men and women are different creatures in general and cannot be expected to act the same way in most situations. I support the troops- I think the men and women of the military are brave souls and I hope they are all blessed along with their families. I love my country- it's the greatest nation in the history of mankind and I don't think that's going to change anytime soon.
I'm a big kid at heart. I love animated series (adult and children's series alike)...I love video games (I have an XBOX, playstation 1, a PSP, and a Dremcast, tho I never play the Dreamcast or PS1 anymore.
I love horror- horror movies, horror novels, horror conventions, horror figures (as in the kind of stuff that McFarlane does)...my favorites are Halloween, Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Saw, an obscure film called Slash (from South Africa), and much more. I enjoy foreign films and have no problem with having to read- I'd rather watch most films in their native languages with subtitles- the dubs take away from the movie in such major ways in my opinion.'
I'd simply love to start my own movie production company and do straight to DVD films- probably lots of low budget horror, some romances, comedies, you name it.
I love music and playing it. I played percussion (drums) all through high school and I went to a few drum corps camps but never marched with a corps. I was too nervous to stay, honestly. I attend the local drum corps show every year.
Few people know this, but I'd love to attend the seminary, not for the goal of preaching, but just to increase my knowledge and use it in my daily life and in helping me evangelize to others. I'd like to get a degree in theology, history, filmmaking, and political science. I've not gotten to that point yet, and admittedly time is getting to the point where I need to start. I'm 27 and not getting any younger.
