School Bans Santa Costume from Dance
A few tips for the good, clueless principal.

1. Santa is NOT a christian symbol.
2. Your district is idiotic to have a holiday dance and ban calling it a christmas dance, considering the fact that christmas is a FEDERAL holiday!!!!!!!
3. Separation of church and state? Are you kidding me? As I mentioned, Mr Claus is not a religious symbol in any way...even if he were- the clause says CONGRESS SHALL PASS NO LAW. You are a school...not congress, not "the state," and you certainly pass no laws. You are in no way bound by any part of that amendment. If you were- you would be forced to allow your students ANY speech they desire...yet, cursing is surely banned from your school, as are terms considered hateful to others- which are both protected by the 1st Amendment. Yet, you only choose to recognize the factually inaccurate interpretation of the SECOND part of the amendment.
4. Finally, you say "separation of church and state" tho, as I have pointed out many times- it doesn't exist. You're clearly a fool who has been brainwashed by the ACLU and have done all you can to destroy common sense in your school. I feel very sorry for students that have to deal with nonsense from you and the school district.
