Anyone see the ridiculous new Viagra commercials? If Bob Dole wasn't bad enough (he was in those first viagra ads, wasn't he?) now we have some average joe...who is actually named Joe walking into his office (then again, he might be walking out, it's a bit confusing) getting compliments from all his coworkers. Hey, Joe, get a haircut? Are you working out? Are you sure you didn't get a haircut? Did you shave your mustache? Now, tell me...how on earth does he look any different because he's taking medicine that helps him get a stiffy? I've no clue, but it's ridiculous. I feel like Bill now...with my ridiculous item of the day. Weird....

MSNBC Hardball Ads Switch Midday
This ad has been running all day today (Thursday, September 5, 2002) and I noticed that near 2:00 P.M. the ads changed wording. They went from calling Islam (which is, by no means, a religion of peace in actuality) a religion a peace...to saying that the 'faithful' call it a religion of peace. I find that kind of odd. A good idea, since I think they were trying to pander to the politically correct nuts and claim that the religion is peaceful, and they stopped doing that this time...
I only quoted the first part, because I wasn't sure of the wording verbatim for the last half...and just to be safe, I left the quotes out...See the change made halfway thru the day?
"It's a religion of peace," but are muslim leaders doing enough to stop terrorism?
