Know the police chases show I was talking about? It's still on...and they're chasing a drunk woman...what they don't know is she has 18 prior DUI's!!! How on earth can anyone have 3 DUI's let alone 18?! She only got 5 years in prison for her 19th DUI!! We are officially morons in this country when it comes to law enforcement and the judicial system!
