Palestinian People Continue to Suppport Terror
It's clear that the "palestinian" people haven't changed, and that they still support terrorism. This makes any peace in the region impossible. Sadly, many in Israel have bought into the propaganda that Abbas is a different kind of leader, and that the "palestinians" are changing their attitudes and changing their ways. Unfortunately, that's nowhere near the truth. The truth is, terrorism is a way of life for the "palestinians" and hatred for the jewish people is an epidemic that you'll find everywhere you turn. Murder, hate, and destruction are some of the only things these people know, and until this changes, there can be no peace.
You will recall that the "palestinian" people "elected" Abbas, and that we're supposed to believe that Abbas is a new kind of leader for his "people." Bush even made him legitimate by meeting with him at the White House (dumb move by the President)...but, do people forget that Abbas co-founded the terrorist group, Fatah, with Arafat? You have to wonder why people have such short memories...did Bush give ANY thought to the fact that he was meeting with a terrorist and giving him legitimacy by doing so?
How can we take Abbas seriously when he founded a terrorist group that calls for terrorism asgainst men, women, and children?

I have to repeat...the "palestinian" people ELECTED Abbas as their leader. No real shock tho, when you see who the "palestinian" people really are...
