A Thought on the ACLU's Double Standard

(137 Words) Posted at June 16, 2005 12:35 AM in Current Events .

Someone made the point about the Anti-American ACLU...they actually brought a lawsuit against Rumsfeld (the gall of a so-called "human rights" group to think they can control all of us) because a terrorist detainee at Gitmo claimed that a guard stepped on his koran. The horror, the inhumanity!!! Yet, the ACLU would be the first group to defend someone for burning a bible, and they would claim that they're merely doing their job of protecting Americans' free speech rights. The way they attack Christians and not muslims- they honor many muslim teens on their website, yet everyday they go around the country attacking Christianity and filing scores of lawsuits to demand that Christians BE DENIED their free speech and free religious exercise rights without ANY government interference.

Amazing, sickening, all too familiar from this anti-Christian, anti-American group.
