Federal Court Rules Against Nebraska's Marriage Amendment
A federal court in Nebraska Thursday declared the state's voter-approved marriage amendment unconstitutional after a challenge by two homosexual advocacy groups -- Lambda Legal and the American Civil Liberties Union's Lesbian and Gay Project.

See? The homosexual lobby is strong. 2 homosexual groups want to make sure that he voters in Nebraska cannot have their way. This was voted on BY THE PEOPLE, yet the homosexual lobby thinks that they have a right to butt into marriage and demand that THE PEOPLE change the very definition of marriage to suit their abnormal lifestyles. It's sickening to see.
The homosexual lobby should BUTT OUT of marriage and they should BUTT OUT when it comes to issues on which the people have spoken. You cannot deny the homosexual lobby wants Americans to embrace their lifestyle, and this is proof. I'm sick and tired of seeing these people think they have ANY right to change the very definition of the word and the institution itself. Marriage is what it is, it's what it's always been, homosexuals have no right to change that. If gays want to have their own ALTERNATIVE ceremonies that aren't recognized by the states, not recognized as equal to marriage, then fine...go ahead, but marriage isn't yours to steal away from the people. It never was, and it never will be. Your true colors show when you try to defy the will of the people and demand the people bow to your every wish.
And a note to the fools who attack those who push for a federal amendment, and claim that these people are trying to put hate into the constitution- THIS IS WHY. The gays started this with their outrageous demands on the people, and now they seem to think THEY call the shots in regards to what should be pushed for (a constitutional amendement, etc.) They also think they have the high moral ground, thus anyone who opposes gay marriage and anyone who wants a federal marriage amendment is trying to write "hate" into the constitution. These people are truly shameless.
