China pretty much says they won't put ANY type of pressure on Pyongyang. This regime is not an ally, and I wish ANY administration would say so officially. Backing this rogue nation out of economic fear does nothing but strenghten its determination to STAY the way it is- backward, corrupt, brutal, and ultimately- dangerous to the entire globe.
