William Krystols Take on Terri Shiavo

Great article by Bill Krystol of the Weekly Standard. The judiciary screwed up here, big time. I would love to a see a revolution in a sense, as Krystol talks about it...we have to take control back from the unchecked judiciary which seems to think they're on a higher pedestal than any other branch of government.

Too often, this branch has decided its role is to interpret law AND write it on their own...Congress made it clear with their bill for Terri that the federal judges involved were to take a fresh look at this case, but those federal judges refused Congress' direction, which of course, is illegal in itself. The federal courts involved had no right to redefine Congress' bill in this matter, which is exactly what they did. As opposed to looking at the evidence in the case anew, they simply said- we refuse to look at any of this at all, and that's that.

These illegal actions caused the death of an innocent woman...the same courts system has decided that a cold blooded killer like Christopher Simmons (as mentioned in Krystol's article) will NOT receive the death penalty, even tho the American people have spoken on this issue and agreed that killers like Simmons deserve just that- death. It's time we stop allowing judges and the courts to overrule the will of the people...it's time for a revolution indeed.
