Man oh man...I should have read the yahoo article first when I talked about Kerry's claims that his voters were tricked (I assume democratic voters voting for Kerry are easily fooled?) He spoke to a woman's group, and this is part of what he said:
I wonder if democrats Kerry is talking about are pissed at the fact that his ridiculous claims amount to- 'you are all too stupid to vote.' It's shameful, considering that it's downright offensive for him to claim that some people are so stupid they thought each party voted on different days! Not to mention, NO ONE would be able to vote since millions of people have received parking tickets. The claim is outrageous for a reason- it's BS.
Kerry then goes on to say that even with the so-called irregularities, he could not have won, because the vote difference in Ohio was just too big. Then, he finished by talking about how we should work on OUR democracy here instead of worrying about democracy in Iraq by saying:
How insulting to our troops (Kerry insulting our troops? No way!!) How insulting to this country in general, to make a claim that democracy was foiled in this last election. The guy is SO bitter that he wants the world to believe that the 2004 election wasn't democratic and that maybe, just maybe, the US isn't at all democratic because of some supposed "irregularities"?? This guy's shameless...
You have to wonder why on earth he spoke on this issue anyway. He reminds me of some sad little girl who won't stop talking about her ex-bf that broke up with her 3 years ago. Three words for Johnny boy- 'get over it.'
