Despite the fact that a bipartisan finding says that there was no lying or misleading of the American people by ANY on the Iraq issue...Terry McAuliffe still, today, claimed that Bush mislead the country into war. He couldn't defend John Kerry's NEW position on Iraq...on Don Imus, Kerry said under current circumstances, nothing could have been enough to go to war (his 9th position? 10th?)...despite the fact that records show Americans 1. don't care about what happened 40 yrs ago in the national guard, and 2. Bush was honorably discharged and DID fulfill is obligations in the guard- McAuliffe claims Bush is lying and has been lying for 35 years- plus, the DNC has two commercials out on the issue, chock full of lies.
Finally, on Fox News, McAuliffe was interviewed with Ed Gillespie, and he made fun of republicans, saying they probably couldn't even spell "likely," when discussing a poll of likely voters. More hateful comments from the left, and a negative agenda for the country. Watching both chairmen is a joke- it's like watching Gillespie who is an adult and makes valid points and the bratty child McAuliffe who defies bipartisan findings calling Bush a liar nonstop and actually stooping low enough to call republicans stupid and that they can't spell. Why anyone is supporting this party is confusing...it's telling that so many democrats are going on cable news networks talking about how they're ashamed of their party. Pat Caldwell and Zell Miller being two prime examples.
