Kerry Can't Win

Just to add two things to the story below...Kerry, as I mentioned, is complaining about Bush's plan to take some troops out of Europe and Asia= yet, he called for the exact thing not long ago. Another example of Kerry trying to have it both ways.

Also- Kerry is attacking Bush everyday, using the words "smear" each time- claiming that a sitting president is involved in illegal activities by using a 527 as a front group...the American people, in general, won't tolerate such rhetoric- especially since there's no evidence to back it up. There was a sitting president involved in illegal activity a few short years ago, his name was Bill Clinton...maybe John Kerry is confused?

I agree with the piece- Kerry has basically shot himself with his actions. He's on the defense, and he will most likely stay there thru till election day. Bad news for Kerry...good news for America.

Polls Show That John Kerry Can’t Win
Editorial by CK Rairden

Many pollsters and pundits settled in a few weeks ago on this mantra, “This is John Kerry’s race to lose.” That was a bit premature and quite frankly, wrong. It’s now very clear that John Kerry can’t win the White House in 2004. That’s not to say that Mr. Kerry won’t be inaugurated in January of 2005, but he has now shown that he does not have what it takes to win. The only way for Kerry to make it to the White House is for President George W. Bush to lose.
