No Sleep and Drums

So I'm at work. I didn't get home until 10 after midnight last night...then I didn't go to sleep until about 3AM. I was trying to record some of the stuff on the DVR to tape, so I wouldn't lose any of the saved stuff- since I have a lot of stuff saved on there, it's running out of space. So, I watched/recorded 2 episodes of the Nicktoons show, Corneil and Bernie and half of the Jimmy Neutron movie Win, Lose, Kaboom that I mentioned before. I finally fell asleep, and I woke up at 6 AM so I could get here by 6:45 or close to it...I went to Hardees to get breakfast and I sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes, because they were SO slow...only to realize that the orange juice they have is just the one size plastic container- not very big, and that's what I really wanted was a big orange juice- should have gone to McDonalds.

Anyhow, I get off at 2:30 and tonight is Drums on the Ohio which starts at 6:30 according to the website. The weather channel's website says a 30% chance of isolated t-storms all day, tho there hasn't been any rain at all yet...and I don't think it's very cloudy out there- tho, I haven't looked out the window lately. Hope it doesn't rain at all tonight...I noticed it said the temp. would be in the mid 80's and lower 80's from 6PM on, getting cooler as it gets later, of course...plus, it says there should be wind, which is nice, because I don't want to wear shorts, but I also don't want to burn up.

I'm going with my dad tonight, as I always have, and I will probably go a bit early, so we can get decent seats- tho, it'll just be general admission which is what we always get. The closer to the 50 yard line, and the higher up is the best- especially as the night goes on, it's nice to sit at the top where you can stand and not block the view of anyone behind you, and you can sit on the railing if you want. I need to check the Blue Devils website to see what CD's/DVD's they sell, to see if I want to buy anything tonight.

Well, I guess I will be shutting up now. I started reading the book, Hot Six...it's a bit strange so far- the Plum character and all...I'm not sure if I want to read a mystery that has so much talk about sex and how this and that guy makes her hot. We'll see if it's any good overall tho...
