Rush Back on the Air

Rush Limbaugh is back on the air today, after 5 weeks of rehab for his addiction to pain killers. I have a lot of respect for Rush, and I have even more respect for him after he admitted to this problem...he was talking a bit ago about how many people are saying he's always been a hard-ass on drug addicts, but that's not the case. I don't know if he has or not, because I always listen to Bill O'Reilly who is on at the same time, so I rarely catch Limbaugh.

I wish him well, and hope he stays clean...he's a legend in talk radio- he really started the big time talk radio shows.

I turned on the tv and Fox News was on...Wesley Clark, who is really bad at this public speaking stuff, talked about Iraq and how Bush is horrible, and how Bush got us into this mess and has no plan to get us out- which is untrue, of course the admin. and the military had a plan for post-war in Iraq. They couldn't go in without a plan...but it's war- people die, people get hurt.

Anyhow, David Asman, the reporter was talking to Clark, and all he did was repeat what Clark said- Clark got all heated and said that Asman was trying to distort his words, and that he was being unfair. Asman tried to stop him, but Clark started getting louder and louder, telling Asman that HE had to finish what he was saying..Asman told him- All I did was repeat what you said about Iraq...and, that was the truth. He simply repeated back what he said, but Clark was totally losing his cool. It was funny to watch him stumble and stammer- then to claim that his own words were being distorted, when they really weren't at all.
