No functioning courts in Iraq. Today nearly all of Iraq’s 400 courts are functioning.

Schools

It's funny to me that some people still refuse to admit that removing Hussein was a good thing for the Iraqis and everyone else in the world. It's like they sit around with new schools, freedom, fair courts, etc. in one hand- trying their best to balance that with terrorist training camps, no courts system, little food, Hussein's henchmen raping and murdering, etc. Who in their right mind chooses the second list? People who despise the republican ideaology and President Bush himself. Arguments based not on facts, but bias that some people just can't shake.
