Clinton went out to California over the weekend to support fellow corrupt politican, Gray Davis. The president who wouldn't know the truth if he found it under the oval office desk (where much of his time was surely spent), echoed Davis in saying that the recall was a right wing power grab. Funny. The impeachment of Clinton...the recall of Davis. I guess Clinton's definition of a power grab is when politicians are corrupt and refuse to do their jobs correctly and people want them out. Where's Hillary with her imaginary right wing conspiracy nonsense?
Here's a quote from the master of lies himself:
"Gray Davis and I have been friends for a long time, and I don't want this happening to him," Clinton said. "This is way bigger than him. It's you I'm worried about. It's California I worry about. I don't want you to become a laughingstock or the beginning of a circus in America where we throw people out for making tough decisions."
Funny, huh? Remember when around the globe, people were laughing at the U.S. because of Lewinsky? Remember seeing the various items with Lewinsky and Clinton on them? T shirts, dolls, coffee mugs, etcetera? The entire nation was a laughing stock, because our president lied under oath, he couldn't understand the meaning of the word "is," he was busy getting busy with an intern instead of doing his job, and he lied to the American public on national television! Good of Clinton to worry about California becoming a "laughingstock!" Where would be without his insight and wisdom?
Also...kicking people out of office "for making tough decisions?!?!" Pardon me? What tough decisions got Davis in this mess? Was it when he bought votes or was it when he increased spending and caused the deficit, which is a big no-no in the California Constitution? Was it when he was busy lying? Clinton comes up with more nonsense...how shocking.
Davis actually went further and made the recall out to be a racial issue. Oh wow, democrats playing the race card as usual. I'll need to find the quote later, but Davis said that those in support of the recall were trying to divide the state down racial and ethnic lines. That's total insanity, as the state's budget problems have ABSOLUTLEY NOTHING to do with race! But, like Jesse Jackson (king of all racists), who will come to the state to support Davis this week, it's the race card tactic again. When will the dems ever learn?
In the end...we know Davis is the antichrist when he says this: "Some days, I wake up and wish he were still president," Davis said to loud applause. "He will always be the president for us."
That, my friends, is one of the scariest thoughts any of us could ever possibly imagine.
